Belief Statement

We believe:

  1. Mohawk Nation of the Grand River and the Loyalist Mohawk Posterity are not a direct party to the Grand River Notification Agreement.
  2. Loyalist Mohawk Posterity and Mohawk Nation of Grand River rejects the Grand River Notification Agreement.
  3. The Haldimand Proclamation of 1784 is part of a formal treaty that set apart the Grand River Lands, as acquired territory for the exclusive enjoyment and benefit of the Loyalists Mohawk Posterity.
  4. Grand River Country was acquired under operation of a formal treaty and is extraterritorial to (outside) the Canadian Domain.
  5. The Haldimand Treaty and Haldimand Proclamation of 1784 was confirmed on December 21 1791 by the Canadian Government to uphold the honor of the crown, and the faith of the government was pledged to the Mohawk on the Grand River and Bay of Quinte.
  6. The whole structure of the Canadian government is liable to the faith pledged to the Mohawk, including the municipal bodies as creatures of the province.
  7. Anyone who takes the oath of allegiance is liable to the faith pledged to the Mohawk.
  8. The duty conferred by the oath to the Haldimand Treaty and Proclamation is active.
  9. Failure to observe a duty imposed by law and causes harm is criminal negligence.
  10. The Mohawk Nation and Loyalist Mohawk Posterity are named with greater certainty as true beneficiaries in the Haldimand documents (Pledge 1779, Proclamation 1784), and Six Nations are named as strangers, as such others.
  11. The Six Nations of the Grand River Territory aka Band Council, the City of Brantford, the Country of Brant et al. are false beneficiaries to the Mohawk of Grand River estate.
  12. The elected councilors that have taken up our treaty interest on lands that have been set apart from Canada by oath, and by pledge, then by tacit representation and intermeddling in our estate, are Trustee de son tort, for the benefit of the Mohawk Nation and Loyalist Mohawk Posterity under the Pledge of Faith in 1791.
